Advanced Biomatrix PhotoGel-LAP Methacrylated Gelatin + LAP Kit
Advanced BioMatrix offers PhotoGel LAP Kit, a purified (sterility tested) methacrylated gelatin kit for photocrosslinkable hydrogels. PhotoGelprovides 3D tunable gels with the unique attributes to be prepared at various concentrations and photocrosslinked to provide various gel stiffness. The PhotoGel kit consists of purified methacrylated porcine gelatin (1 gram) and a LAP Photoinitiator (405 nm). The gelatin is type A 300 bloom. PhotoGel is produced from methacrylated gelatin where the gelatin has been modified by reacting the free amines, primarily the -amines groups of the lysine residues as well as the a-amines groups on the N-termini. >75% of the total lysine residues of the gelatin molecule have been methacrylated. The photoinitiator consists of LAP to be formulated in 1X PBS or cell culture media which allows blue light photocrosslinking of the gelatin at 405 nm.

Bioworld Pregnant Mare Serum Gonadotrophin (PMSG)
PMSG is a complex glycoprotein obtained from the serum of pregnant mares. This 43-63 kda protein is capable of supplementing and being substituted for the follicle stimulating gonadotrophin and interstitial cell-stimulating hormone of the anterior pituitary gland in both the male and female. Thus PMSG-Intervet stimulates development of the ovarian follicle in the female. Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Formulation: Pregnant Mare Serum Gonadotropin was lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml) solution with no additives. Stability: Lyophilized PMSG although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored between 2-8°C. Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Protein content: Protein quantitation was carried out by two independent methods: 1. UV spectroscopy at 280 nm . 2. Analysis by RP-HPLC, using a calibrated solution of PMSG as a Reference Standard.
